"I was disappointed for the housekeeping to throw my face soap yo the dustbin. They should have known that they can not throw anything except what it is inside the dustbin. First time that I knew, I complained to the receptionist but slow response until I called them again. Room and condition is OK but I feel insecure if they can throw everything outside dustbin with any assumption. I will not stay in this hotel again."

"TV did not work, none of the channels can be watched. Practically just an empty black box taking space in the bedroom. Internet was super lousy. The refrigerator in the room also did not work, just functioning like an empty cabinet seeing that not much space to keep your belongings in the room. "The property is at a prime location. Going around Jogja wasn’t difficult at all. The staff are patient, kind, and considerate. The room is extremely clean and the housekeeping staff do a stellar job of cleaning the rooms everyday. The bathrooms are amazing.
