"何度か利用していますが、設備は快適です。BSも見れるとより快適度が増します。今回、利用した部屋は時計が止まっていたのでその点が残念でした。加えて同じフロアに宿泊していたと思われる宿泊客数人が02時頃から06時近くまで階段エリアか、部屋の扉を開けていたかで、大騒ぎをしており睡眠ができない状態でした。フロントに人が居ない事を知っているのか、クレームが入らない事を知っているのか、極めて傍若無人な振る舞いがあり、この宿にはこの様な宿泊者も利用する可能性があるため、何か対策手段を講じられると良いと思います。"

"Very clean and had every amenity provided (laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, toiletries). But one of the upper bunks creaked a lot. Probably needs tightening of the screws. Good thing we only needed 3 beds so it didn’t affect us. Location was very near both the subway and streetcar (5 min walks) Can take airport bus straight to Sapporo prince hotel and then walk 10min to accommodation. "

"It is a bit of walk from the main station but the price makes up for it. The room was clean and amenities were great. We stayed with young kids but if it was for adults, the distance to the station would not have been an issue. Overall, satisfied and would recommend."

"Pros: Spacious and clean room. Beautiful night view. Cons: Uncomfortably cold in the bathroom, toilet and bedrooms. Lights fixtures are too light and we kept hitting our heads. Portable heaters were not turned on before we arrived and even when we turned on the portable heaters for 3 days, the whole apartment is still cold overall especially in -3 degrees Celsius. "We were a bit worried about the size of the room at first. It was mostly a bed and a bathroom. We could barely fit our suitcases. We became accustomed to the room which we used primarily to sleep and dress.We spent most of our time exploring the town outside. We enjoyed walking through the morning market nearby and choosing the different places to eat at. Everything tasted wonderful. We took advantage of the hotel’s onsen, lounge and coffee dispenser machine. We enjoyed our stay at the Tokyo Stay Hakodate! "

"Where do i start? Staff support friendly. The room was the best that we had on our Japan trip. Super comfy bed and pillows. The Onsen was the most opulent on our entire trip. The only thing was that could have topped it off, was a higher room. We had a view of a brick wall. "

COSY AND CLEAN CONCEPT HOTEL

"My young daughter like the hotel! Cleanliness is top notch especially the spacious toilet with bathtub which is a plus point! Location is just within Odori subway station underpass with access to many food and amenities. Also odori park with the Christmas lighting is just 5mins walk away! The tv tower view is very charming. Recommended for all! Maybe the sign for the hotel is a bit too small and cosy as I tried to look for awhile before I notice the hotel 😀"
