"Very good experience, room was clean and especially the cleaning lady, Ying, was the best. She cleaned our room very detail, and she treated as like her family. Another cleaning lady was good as well, but I didn’t have chance to get her name. Front desk was very polite as well. Overall, I like this hotel very much. Highly recommended. "

"The first day we landed, we couldn't check in even tho we pre check in online. Just to find out our original queen bed room was still occupied. They can only offer us twin bed room with single beds and want us to check out the next day at 11am and re check in again at 3pm. I ask them about the luggage they offer the moving luggage service but got us to sign a form which explains any lost and damage they will not compensate which I thought it wasn't fair. After a long progress of conversation explaining how inconvenient for us, they let us stay in our temporay rooms until our original rooms were ready for us which was like after 3pm the next day. Except for the slight bad experience from the beginning overall everything was great. The lady that did our house keeping on our level 16 was great. She was lovely and very polite. The breakfast buffet was nice, food was fresh and was slightly different everyday. The manager and staff was very friendly. "
