"The hotel is set on a hillside overlooking a beautiful valley. Lovely spacious rooms with large beds. The level of maintenance is poor, my room sprang several leaks when it rained and a fresh coat of paint would have made all the difference, some shoddy repair work suggested a low budget which didn't reflect the price levels. "Hotel was okay.. but the reservation guy and on duty manager were terrible.. duty manager won’t answer your call, reservation guy ask me to call every 10minutee.. crazy!! Non responsive!! "

"The view was excellent. The shuttle and 24 hour pool access was great, however, the room needs a massive upgrade as it has outdated furniture, dusty, and bathroom needs improvement. The restaurant needs improvements as it looks outdated. The breakfast option is very limited and takes ages to get food. "We had the most amazing time at Hanging Gardens of Bali. It's a stunning location with friendly staff, incredible food, and beautiful views. We were welcomed with marigold garlands and drinks, and the service was exceptional. We also tried the spa services, and the massage and bath were both relaxing and unique. This is a must-visit place to stay in Ubud, and I highly recommend it!"
