"This is a well located & comfortable hotel in a lovely historic ‘Baltic’ building. The rooms were very clean and the twin room (we eventually stayed in)was bright and airy & quiet. The service levels in the hotel are best described as ‘indifferent’. The room safe was locks shut but no one seemed to know how to fix it, the breakfast selection was not constantly replenished (constantly had to request replenishment of items).
