Deniz was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and informative, he helped us arrange our hot air balloon excursion, and also discussed other tour options with us :). Housekeeping did their best to maintain a kept and tidy room, and their efforts never went unnoticed, or unappreciated. Overall, this hotel is great, with a lovely location very central to lively ambiances. We were blown away by the beauty of the hotel, the helpfulness of the staff, and really look forward to coming back sometime in the near future. 10/10 would recommend :). "
