"This was probably the weirdest hotel experience in my life. The huge manor has been converted to a hotel but has been neglected recently (including a time housing asylum seekers - Google it). The time around 10 of the 100+ rooms are being used so you “rattle around” especially when you’re the only guests!! "Charming hotel with welcoming and friendly team. Our welcome was first class despite the team prepping for a 79th birthday party abd the room for 50 people looked lovely. We were upgraded to an executive room. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the Spaulding tiwn centre"

"We found the hotel fairly easily, its not too far from the train station and situated along the waterfront. A lot of restaurants and venue's including a cinema are close by and a wide walk way is at the front of the property. We were visiting Lincoln for my birthday and found this hotel to be close to the areas we wanted to see. The room was fine, large bed, big enough shower and nice and clean.
