No prior communications from the hotel whatsoever that we had to make arrangements before hand if we were flying in late. Got a room in another hotel for the night around midnight and all was good . "I enjoyed this property, but check in was quite odd. They were to send me instructions before I arrived as to various codes, yet I received nothing. The concierge was only there limited hours, and had I missed her, I would not have been able to get into my room - so be aware of that before you book. It was easy access and easy to use the cathedral as a compass. "
