"Overall a good experience, but I expected more for the price based on the listing. Wanted to charge me extra for the second person even though I booked for two. I booked for the fridge in the room for my medicine and it was broken and I had to fight to get assistance. "

"The room was hot as sin, had a fan and aircon never worked. Spring bed, old linen & Towels, water brown, took 10 min to heat up, no pressure. Breakfast on first morning terrible. Second morning much better. Asked for room with aircon and was moved. Much better than first impression I won't be returning. "

"Nkopola is beautiful only we didnt have to stay there. Expedia cancelled our booking the day we were meant to check in. We are very disappointed. Left us stranded. We rmailed to be refunded no reponse up to now."
