"First from the check-in receptionist who was very professional and friendly. This first impression made our stay with smile. We used the 3rd floor room and it was very nice and spotless clean inside the room. The balcony had some trash but it was gone next day after room service. "Loved the fact room cleaned impeccably each day (thanks Wilma) - loads for the children beach volleyball, baby slide, food decent, it's inexpensive hotel - so a bit shady around the edges but was good family trip"

"Some elements of the stay were excellent the service use of transport and the aspect of the horel. The rooms are specious but dated and the lighting is poor in the corridors and bedrooms. Food was Ok but we did not eat in the restaurant as the themed buffet, though extensive was expensive and too much. It was not well frequented so they need to rethink. "My first time in Malta. The people were warm and friendly. Made us feel like we were home. The food was beyond 5 stars. The gentlaman who made my omlet in the morning was so friendly and I loved speaking to him. I never had to leave the resort. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. Can not wait to return, come on December! "
