"The staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was perfect. Very comfortable. Very quiet. The breakfast was gorgeous. The fruit juice offered on checking in was beautiful and a nice touch. The staff were there to help in any way needed. Restaurant recommendations or places to see on foot. "I have stayed at Jay Suites on two occasions and will definitely stay again if I return to Kathmandu. The owner and all staff were excellent, everything worked, and it was decent value for the money. You might find a room for a bit cheaper but will there be hot water, working AC, eorking remote control, elevator, in-room fridge, free water, good breakfast, etc? You get that and more at Jay Suites."
