"Worst place ever. Very very dirty & stinking & the toilets are Soo dirty & smelly. No mountain view at all. No heaters. Overall it’s the worst. "

"We chose the penthouse, because I felt like a penthouse would be good. It wasn’t. We flew late at night from the US only to learn that the penthouse was on the 5th floor and they didn’t have an elevator.
