"The hotel room is spacious and the staff are so friendly. Just the hotel location is quite far from the city centre. The free shuttle bus is ok but it's always full during weekend. My father is a bit strong but the transfer bus is not as quite tidy for him."

"整體住宿環境唔錯，不過有時有旅行團到嘅時候比較嘈雜同埋混亂，冇辦法等候到電梯上房，我建議安排團友排隊等候乘搭電梯及加強分流團客上房，同埋每次執完房之後都發現床單有頭髮。"

"This is my third time to stay in this hotel, base on the cost, it totally worthy, all the staff very nice and professional, house keeping is work hard and responsible. The only thing not good is too many transfer traveler, you can magic over 5 rooms travelers check in or check out at the same time, how busy at the corridor you can tell. Anyway, it still a good hotel I recommended and will come back again. "

"The building is nice, the room is spacious, the staff has good english, it has international plug and usb plug. The price is good, has free shuttle bus to main location. But the bed rather hard for me."
