"Nice so far so good"

"- sehr zentrale Lage am Times Square, von unserem Zimmer 2104 herrliche Aussicht auf den pulsierenden Times Square - gute Anbindung an ganz NY über Subway - sehr sauber, tägliche Reinigung - Handtuchwechsel hätte meiner Meinung auch alle 2-3 Tage genügt (Umweltschutz!!) - Zimmer klein, aber ausreichend man ist eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs, ein Schrank statt wäre gut gewesen, mussten ständig aus den Koffern leben (deswegen nur 2 Sterne) - andere Hotels bieten bei 4 Sternen und diesen Preisen...

"Elevator was very very slow "

"It was under construction. Of course, we did not know that when we booked this hotel. But, it was really ok because once we knew where to enter the hotel..that's what we did. "

"We loved our stay, the staff were lovely and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Exactly what we needed for our trip. We will be back and stay at an Arlo hotel again "

"It is a decent hotel experience when in New York, but the dirtiness and noisy environment ensure that it is not the best experience. Still a good option when taking into account all possible locations. "

"North tower WiFi did not work in the bedroom area. It would only work in the hallway near the bathroom. Room needs a paint job/walls need cleaning. "
