"Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent room facing volcano. My only complaint is cleaning lady said I damaged a towel and needed to pay to replace it. When I showered, something came off of me and it was in the drain of the shower. She took it and put it on a towel. I knew exactly what it was, but was hoping it would go down drain. It didn’t, I guess she took it and put on towel and blamed me. Regardless, towel was not damaged, it would clean up after being laundered. I usually tip...

"Cute hotel. Very quaint, clean, good breakfast. Good value for the price. We stayed at the casita. Bed was a bit hard and they don’t have colchas just thin bed covers but overall it was ok. What I love the most was that it is very Nicaraguan. "

"Erick the staff member in the main front door was great every time I came into the hotel he greeted me very well and very professional. Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. However Grepseell one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude and nasty. At one point she spoke to my guest very rudely and nasty. She made it a point to belittle him.
