"We really enjoyed our stay here. Of all the places we have been over 7 months in Southeast Asia, this is the one place I felt actually went above and beyond in terms of customer service! We enjoyed the free bikes and appreciated Lily giving us a map of things to do in the area. She also arranged our sleeper bus, while allowing us to stay in a vacant room that day. She literally put us on the bus and i'm so grateful for a positive experience. The room was clean, but is worth noting the bathroom...

"This hotel had a beautiful courtyard and small pool although we didn’t get to use it during our stay. We stayed on the top floor and the room itself was lovely with high bamboo ceilings. I also appreciated that it had a large double vanity sink area. What was weird was no hand soap by the sinks so you had to walk in the shower and squeeze out body gel every time you wanted to wash your hands. Also, the guy at the front desk didn't seem very friendly and didn’t answer the phone when we tried...

"We loved Nin Binh and the Emeralda was our favorite hotel… we took 2 tours that we booked directly through the hotel, and they were awesome! Our guide was Dung, for both days, and he was great. We also booked our transportation to Hanoi through the hotel and it was very nice! If you think you want a massage, book early! We only got 1 out of 3 attempts because we tried to book to late."

"We absolutely loved our stay at ChezCao Rice Field Ecolodge! The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great selection of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The view of the rice fields was simply magical. Unfortunately, the cloudy and cold weather meant we couldn’t use the pool, but that didn’t take away from the experience. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Ninh Binh!"

"Beautiful property, literally in the heart of Tam Coc! The room and bed were so quiet and comfortable. Pool and outdoor area is gorgeous and so nice at the end of a long day exploring. "Nice spacious bungalow tucked away at the base of the escarpment. Used the dip pool to cool off and whilst lying on the loungers we were treated to the sights and sounds of mountain goats and wild birds. Breakfast is a varied assortment of soup, fried foods, sweet treats, fruits, juice and coffee. All of the team are friendly, attentive and keen to assist with whatever you need. Dragon mountain is walkable and Trang An biat station is a short bike ride."
