"Wyndham has purchased this hotel, but done absolutely NOTHING to improve the quality of the hotel. It is more run down than it ever was before when it was just the Chicago South Loop Hotel (not the Wyndham Chicago Mccormick Hotel). The people who work at the hotel are wonderful. They are professional, kind, helpful, and caring. The general infrastructure is just old and things need to be replaced or updated like carpeting, paint on walls, and fitness center equipment. "We have stayed here a number of times.Even in the off season they still put out a nice breakfast for a few people.It is close to Clifton Hills.Our first visit was with hockey and we have continued to come back even after the kids are grown."

"The service was awesome and the motel staff were very friendly. One thing they couldn't do anything about was the late-night partying going on in the parking lot behind the building. Its not the motel's parking lot, but there was loud music and partying happening in that parking lot until about 4am. "
