"Great check in and plenty of amenities that make it one of the favored hostel. Nearby a lot of great attractions. Also a great bonus is the fact that the breakfast is free and offers great food from eggs to hash browns. Rooms for me did not impress as I was having problem withthe keycard and I told staff about it. I also felt that the room was also not as impressive as I have seen online. I could have a better experience but I feel that there needs to be some improvement down the line"

"I believe we were a bit unlucky with our room as we had no windows we could open. This resulted in the room being very hot during the night due to the aircon not working that well... Other than that we had a great stay!"

"The staff on reception were very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good. Tram stop just outside hotel. The only downside was one lift was out of order so there was long waits for the Lift, especially on the morning of check out."
