"This is without doubt one of the best hotels we've ever been to. Large, spacious, stylish rooms with all the amenities. Grounds that extend for miles with fabulous canyon views. The pool area is fantastic. A great range of included on-site activities - we had a great time at Sujith's mocktail masterclass, and the female guide who led the stargazing and geology walk (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) was so good. "Everything was good. Yoga classes were too few so during my 5 days I caught not one class. Evening entertainment is repeated. For example they should have a more versatile performers for the people who like to hear Arabic or oriental music"

"I had a not good experience. Stayed with a family, wife and 2 kids the room was not very clean. The breakfast was very poor and most of the staff couldn't speak english. We spent 5 nights and no one single day the staff came to clean our room. There was one only bathroom in a two bedrooms apartment. The hot water in the shower was enough only for one to bath. It was one of the most horrible experience for our family. I really don't recommend this hotel for a family. "
