"I like that this hotel is located right in the Byward Market. It is in fairly walkable distance from some of the main museums of Ottawa. The housekeeping staff at the hotel do such a good job of taking care of my room. The hotel reception staff were ready to take care of my needs. I noticed that they do not leave complimentary hand soaps like they used to. I think that management at the hotel should start doing that again. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at the Byward Blue Inn."

"It was easy to check in, staff were very friendly and cooperative. Rooms are very spacious . Parking is charged, which was a surprise. 10/15 mins drive to almost all places including US Embassy. "
