My flight was delayed by 9 hours and their STELLAR concierge, Cruz, arranged transportation for me, dinner to my room as I arrived at 10:30pm and left a beautiful flower arrangement. She is incredible and made me feel so welcome! On top of that, great room, great food, great coffee! Awesome location in downtown Portland. "

" I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Deluxe, though there were a couple of minor hiccups. On two mornings, the shower water was lukewarm at best, which was a bit disappointing. However, the front desk staff was incredibly responsive and quickly resolved the issue by moving me to a new room. Their attentiveness made a big difference and showed great customer service.
