"The place is very well kept. The room and its amenities are enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The resort all in all is amazing. Will recommend and will come back if I visit Puerto Prinsesa again. The staff however are top notch. Their kindness and hospitality is something you look for while on vacation. Hoping they get compensated more and more.. Great experience overall."

"One of the worst experiences of my life. Nothing is good about this place. I had a family emergency and they could not even accept. cancelling it in that condition. I asked this more than 1.5 weeks before my booking in top season. This requires someone not to be only horrible operators but also horrible human beings in general.
