"The place is very well kept. The room and its amenities are enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The resort all in all is amazing. Will recommend and will come back if I visit Puerto Prinsesa again. The staff however are top notch. Their kindness and hospitality is something you look for while on vacation. Hoping they get compensated more and more.. Great experience overall."

"One of the worst experiences of my life. Nothing is good about this place. I had a family emergency and they could not even accept. cancelling it in that condition. I asked this more than 1.5 weeks before my booking in top season. This requires someone not to be only horrible operators but also horrible human beings in general. "The location was very convenient along the highway for our van drop off and close to where our friends live. We were on the street side with a big window so there was some noise but we were okay sleeping. Large room and comfortable bed with nice bedding. The staff was friendly and the housekeepers were great. Breakfast was included but not a buffet like we thought it might be. The laundry service was great!"

"Staff is polite and helpful. Overall I was fairly happy but the level of noise was somewhat annoying. We had a dog barking till late evening and sometimes in the night waking us up. It was as if there was a window wide open but there wasn’t one. Still it sounded almost if the dog was in our room "
