"We spent a long airport layover at this hotel, so that we could relax and rest. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only disappointment was that the massage treatments I had scheduled via a chat on the hotel website, during which I was assured our appointment was confirmed, were not in fact scheduled and no one was even available in the spa area.
