"A super cool campsite, really good conditions, comfortable and great views! We stayed at Neptune bungalow and it was great, amazing sunrise view to the lake. "Wir haben in einem Zelt geschlafen und die Nacht wirklich genossen. Es ist echt ein Erlebnis und wir würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Der Service und die Kommunikation sind großartig. Es wird auf alle Wünsche eingegangen und diese möglich gemacht. Das Personal ist total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen und das Frühstück waren sehr gut. "Whenever we needed new towels, the housekeeping staff would drop everything to accommodate us immediately. They would even shorten their lunch hour to meet our needs. The housekeeping employees work hard, they provide high quality care and services, they are dedicated to their job, and they go above and beyond 100 percent. Thank you to Dalila, Monica, Teresa, and Vera for their professionalism, warm greetings and big smiles everyday."

"Very nice hotel along the waterfront in the very nice town of Porto. Staff was very friendly and even gave us one of his own Ibuprofen when we asked where we could find some. Unfortunately, we were feeling a little under the weather so did not get the full experience we could have. Excellent views from the roof top bar that also served a good selection of snacks and drinks. The waterfront is immediately in front of the hotel and offers a great opportunity to walk or jog for miles along the Duoro River. We would definitely stay here again."

"This is a super hotel close to everything in Badajoz. The staff were outstanding in their customer service and the hotel is superb. The breakfast there is extremely packed with all kinds of foods that you will not leave hungry. They prepare just about every breakfast item you can think of. This hotel should be a five stars rating. I want to thank the hotel staff for a wonderful stay and truly recommend this hotel while in Badajoz. "

"Unfortunately, due to the weather we did not get to venture away from the hotel but the map shows it being close to points of interest. The hotel itself was very clean, modern and the room was very clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were both very good with plenty of options."
