"This Hotel has it all. Gym , Spa, few restaurants with great food, excellent staff and even small casino. It’s not cheap to dine inn the hotel as the prices were close to Londons restaurants but food was almost worth a Michelin star:) Hotel also provides a list of private tours with a tour guide and car and driver included. Overall it’s amazing if you have enough money saved for your stay. We had breakfast included and everything was fresh and lots to choose from every day. Chefs would cook eggs...

I didn’t like the furniture that needs upgrading within 2-3 years, I didn’t like room service that needed a new menu and chef, I didn’t like the relative lack of training of staff at concierge and overall. I didn’t like being told all restaurants open until 1 am when only two were open. I didn’t like the smell of the cigar room reception. I didn’t like the Lebanese restaurant Zaitouni; it should be replaced immediately. "

"Be aware that if your room is facing the Tahrir square side you will be listening to loud Arabic music until 1:00 AM. - courtesy of their Lebanese restaurant. For me it was annoying as I couldn't sleep the first night luckily they moved me the following night to the Nile river side. Everything else was fine. The Italian restaurant was good but not great. I would have given this hotel 5 stars. "
