"My stay has been great. I was intending to stay only for one night. I don’t live in kelowna so i only came to town for my work. I work 7pm-7am and inquired about doing an early check in and the front desk made it possible. She was extremely nice and helpful. I did extend another might. So far i met 2 front desk ladies that have presented me with a very well costumer service skills. I did stumble upon one front desk lady that was quite passive aggressive or not so nice when i asked a question....

"It is an outdated hotel that’s located in a safe neighborhood, beautifully situated by the water. I believe most of their “Mountain View” rooms face the parking lot; thus, recommend booking one of the lakeside rooms if this matters to you/to maximize the location of the hotel. "It is an older property, but you can see they are doing upgrades. Our room had new carpet, the bedding was fresh & spotlessly clean. We had an inside room. No view, but it was quiet despite being at a busy intersection. The pool area is large & my granddaughter enjoyed her morning swim.
