Family long weekend the hotel had many activities planned for the kids which was awesome. My only thing was the cleanliness of the change room and pool. "Stayed in a lovely studio suite. Beautiful, great condition, comfortable bed and seating. Too cold on this trip to use great patio. Close to restaurants, shops and beach. On our February stay we really appreciated the heated underground parking."

"Excellent Staff, and the facilities very clean with nice accruements throughout. We originally booked a mobility room, and the hotel asked if we could change our room at no additional charge. "Friendly, accommodating staff at reception and great brunch and service at the West Coast Seafood and Raw Bar. Soundproofing needs improvement (older building) as we were lodged on the Harvey side of the building - ear plugs were complimentary, but the traffic noise was unrxpected and a bit much. If we were to stay again, I would request a room on the opposite side to Harvey. "
