Cari Hotel di Republik Srpska

"There is a sign painted on the glass near the front door that says "Reception", however, once you lug your luggage up some stairs, you enter the bar/restaurant area and are instructed that the entrance to the hotel is around the back. Not very welcoming. Second issue is that the entire back of the hotel in under construction. Extremely noisy with constant drilling and banging. At 4:00 pm, we asked the receptionist at what time the work would stop for the day, and she looked at her watch and...

"Tv didn’t work We asked for more towel and they told us to wait the day after even if the hotel was empty . The “breakfast” was already included we just had a glass of water and oj and when we asked for 2 cappuccino they told us it’s not included so we pay it for it . Picture of advertising are not really the same of the reality of the room ."

"The room is ok, air condition did not work but fortunaly the room cools down opening the balcony. Room amenities is not up to par for a four star hotel. Staff are friendly but did not resolve the AC problem. "
