"The location was good, 15 min from metro, shops and many restaurants. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was convenient to make breakfast. The only negative point was that we arrived early, around 10.30 AM and the check-in was at 3;00 PM. We were told that we could have the room at noon but at a cost of $ 56 US. Since we traveled all night and were exhausted, we paid it :"

"Our stay was great. We ended up with a room that fits up to 6, and it was so nice to have room to move around unlike other Tokyo hotel rooms. The washer/dryer and kitchenette came in really handy. Very close to a Ginza line subway station with a Seven Eleven nearby so it was all very convenient. Room as clean, well maintained, and staff was helpful. "

"Love the location of this property! It has a deli nearby as well as a Lawson's. The unit is very clean and modern. We had full kitchen which was amazing! The bed was super comfortable and the cleaning staff kept our unit super clean! We also loved the washer/dryer which we used to wash our clothes before heading home. Highly recommend this place to stay!"

"The facility was very clean, rooms are spacious (compared to typical hotel Rooms in Japan), and a 7 eleven at the bottom floor. Rooms are VERY quiet despite being located in a metropolitan area (Tokyo station east location). 6 washing machines and dryers available to reduce luggage. Only issue are other patrons using multiple machines and dryers but that’s not Mimaru’s fault. I would definitely stay here on our next trip to Japan. Worth the added cost of an apartment hotel, well worth it...
