COVID guidelines for physical distancing and facemask wearing in place for shared areas within the resort. Only issue during our stay was temporarily poor internet service within the villa...

The room is stark and very poorly equipped. Advertised for 'self catering' there were no amenities whatsover provided - no crockery or cutlery, no cooking utensils, not even a mug. "Convenient to the hockey area and ski trails but otherwise pretty basic with no amenities. Had to knock on a couple doors to talk to a receptionist and when wifi didn't work, she was unable to get it working area. I checked out a day early and received a prompt refund for the additional night. "
