"Staff needs training. It does not take 2-3 staff people to wait on one guest. This makes it difficult for other guests to get help. Certainly the staff was friendly, but organizing how this works would be an improvement. In our “Junior Suite” the toilet switch kept getting stuck and the “refresh” should have replaced old halogen lights with soft LEDs because the halogens cause heat. I would recommend LE Toiny for an Extraordinary stay - but it is also about 1.5-2x the price The location of this hotel is good. It's close to St Jean (where EdenRoc is, Nikki Beach and Gyp Sea) and close to Gustavia. Not much in terms of views and we can a beach side suite A bonus is that you can walk to the beach"
