"The Jade Mountain Resort is spectacular. My wife and I stayed in one of the sanctuary suites and it was unbelievable. The view of the Piton Mountains and Caribbean is breathtaking. The service and food is top notch. There are many activities like scuba and sailing. Fyi. there are no elevators. The resort is built on the side of a mountain. You must be able to handle a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this resort hotel. "

"The staff and this hotel were so nice and friendly. They could not do enough for us. The only thing I was surprised at is that all the dining areas make sure that they have gluten free food but NO SUGAR FREE DESSERTS OR SYRUP for the pancakes for diabetics. I brought it to the attention of a chef named Michael and he said he would look into it. We were there for 10 Days and not one thing was done for the people that are diabetics. "We had an amazing honeymoon. Rohan from the ambassador desk reached out when he found out it was our honeymoon and took great care of us. He upgraded our room and checked on us frequently. He also sent us sushi and wine multiple nights to have while we watched the sunset on our upgraded villa patio. The food was great and it was such an awesome week. We hope to be back! "We loved Secrets wild orchid. The resort is clean. The beaches are well maintained. The pools and pool bars were a lot of fun. The staff was very friendly! The food in some of the restaurants was subpar but it was on the same level as many of the other all inclusives we have done. Our butlers, Devon and Adia were both very sweet and very helpful. They took care of all our reservations for us. Don’t forget to tip your butlers if they did a fantastic job like ours did! "

"We had a wonderful time here! It was lovely. Dinner service was a little slow our first night. We tried to order room service one night and give that a lot of time. The restaurant didn’t answer. We eventually had to place the order off the lunch menu because we weren’t given a dinner menu and it took at least an hour to receive it.
