"Older hotel, but they are doing a nice job keeping it looking fresh and updated. Has an outdoor pool, but I have never used it at any of my stays. I stay about 2x per year for work. sort of has an 80s MOtel feel depending on where your room is located. Rates are reasonable for where the hotel is located in FFX county. I will go back and I would recommend to anyone traveling for business that just needs a place to sleep, a clean room , some wifi and a solid breakfast. Good coffee too"

"The smell of pot permeates the entire hotel it's not bad when you get in your room. But just so you can know that ahead of time. Once I was in my room I didn't continue to smell it but it hits pretty strong upon entrance. I didn't do breakfast, but the staff were all very kind and helpful, the hotel is super 🆒 conveniently located, and the bed was comfy. It was clean as well. Some minor fix up needed in bathroom (tile grout needs deep cleaned) and the ceiling had some minor water damage. ...

"The rooms were clean & the hotel appears to be newly updated. The free breakfast was great- eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereal, pastries, yogurt, fruit. Coffee etc. I totally screwed up & didn’t Check out on time. 1/2 hour late but it was no big deal. The area has stores, a mall & many good restaurants ( highly recommend the buffet $18 but a lot of seafood) 20 minute's to the capital area( if you don’t sit in traffic) Alexandria is 15 minutes. Highly recommend the Best Western 😊"

"Check in was very easy. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, stores and coffee shops. all within walking distance. Hotel staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The only issue was that the walls in the rooms are very thin. You can hear everything the ppl in the next room are saying and their dog wouldnt stop barking. Can hear everything in the halls as well. BUT it wasnt bad where I couldnt deal. Id definitely stay at this hotel again. "
