"The location was good, 5 minutes from tivoli and 15 from everything else. Room was a good size and comfortable, the room/bathroom was not extremely clean upon arrival. You get what you pay for. Luggage storage was useful. "

"It really felt like more of a homey feeling than a hotel. You could see joggers right outside, right by the water, everything was walking distance. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. "Hotel aesthetics and common area cleanliness is great and actual rooms are large. But housekeeping in our room was lacking and needs improvement, we stayed for 4 nights and not once did they change out our bed sheets, provided no face towels, and they need to check the provided toiletries such as lotion, conditioner if its empty and needs to be refilled. Pillows were paper thin. We didn’t care for the self service check in kiosk, it didn't feel welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and dinner at the...

"Amazing hotel, right opposite the train and metro stations. Excellent location for getting around. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our side of the hotel looked directly onto the train platform, the noise of the trains was manageable and didnt bother us at all. Lots of train references throughout the hotel which was a quirky touch. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely consuder staying here again Thank you so much ❤️ "
