"I visited from the US, so as I was getting acquainted with the change of schedule - I had a couple of late nights. there was always staff available to greet me as I returned from wandering around or coming back in from a bite. very hospitable. super close to fun sites, the city was easy to navigate. when I return (which is inevitable as I’ve fallen in love with Melbourne) I will most definitely be booking with Oaks on William"

"I suggest if you are on lower floors you’re not getting anything special. Balcony was cool, view of a high rise Carpark and rubbish all over adjoining roofs. I still enjoyed my stay, bedroom was brilliant and no noise to worry about. I would gladly stay here again."

"I as quite stressed after trying to return a rental car in the city, so when I arrived and there was parking out front was great! Other reviewers mentioned rooms not being ready I was concerned as I was a little early. Fortunately fro me it was ready, clean and quiet. Lots of extras and a large TV. The girl that checked me in was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay the Uber fares to and fro forms he CBD were reasonable and I will stay there again. Satisfied customer!"
