"I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had anticipated. Upon check-in, I found the staff to be quite unfriendly and unwelcoming. There was a lack of guidance regarding the location of my room and the elevators, which left me feeling confused and unwelcome. This treatment made me feel unimportant and disregarded, which is not what I expect from a hospitality...

"The food in the restaurants is absolutely delicious, also has the mini gym so you can do your daily workout "

"Parking on the websites $12 a week, but on early Check-in.It was $5 a day which is double.Not sure why that is.I'm hoping they figure it out.This is the only reason I listed it as a 4 star.The beds are fabulous"
