"This is the best place to stay in Ho Chi Minh with a family. Honestly nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they fix any issue immediately. In a chaotic city, this hotel was a welcome reprieve. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. District 7 might seem a long way from the tourist attractions of D1, but the Grab rides were easy to get and meant we slept well without the constant noise or honking of horns. We stayed 3 times over 3 weeks and I would definately stay...

"Location worked well for the area I needed to be in. Fairly clean. Kitchen not stocked enough to cook properly with only 1 of the 2 burners working, air vent not working. Not even a fork. 2 plates. I understand not stocking items, but not even salt and pepper? Biggest negative was no hot water. Had to boil water just to shave. Not the worst place but not the best. Slightly below average. Wouldn't stay again. "

"Communication was very difficult. I was told I would be picked up at the airport. No one came. I arrived at scenic valley, there was no clear reception. I was not given instructions about how to check in. After not being picked up I was expected to pay an early check in fee which was calculated incorrectly twice.
