"I chose this hotel because it looked like the closest from Matsuyama Station. It was about a 10-minute walk but if you have big luggage or if the weather doesn't cooperate I would recommend taking a taxi. There is a tapas-type restaurant attached to the hotel and the dinner service was all-you-can-eat for one price (you simply order what you like), within 120 minutes. "The rooms are very spacious especially considering japan standards. Well equiped and breakfast is included. Very convenient for public transport -just a few minutes walking to the station.
