"Property was a little hard to find as there wasn't clear signage. Rooms had steps in them so it wasn't easy to move luggage in and out of the room. Electrical outlets were also not placed in convenient locations for charging devices or connecting the kettle to boil water. Cups were placed in cupboards high up, a little hard for a 5 footer to retrieve. Other than that, facilities were great, service was excellent and helpful. I have stayed at other Section L aparthotels and didn't have the same...

"Our stay was good, clean room, heater helped for the cold days. It kept our room warm. The closest park is 15 mins away so if you have small children or pets there aren’t many parks available. If you don’t have children it’s a nice place to stay because there’s a lot of shops, food, and it’s near the train station. "

"We were pretty disappointed w the condition of this place. The walls were falling apart, the plumbing was a mess and the shower was scuzzy enough that I wished I had flip flops on. The dingiest clubs and restaurants of shinjuku had nicer toilets. The only positive about the apartment was the beds. I booked it because there were two large beds in a town that seemed to mostly have small single beds, so that was a plus, but I wouldn’t recommend the place."

"Easy to get to Tokyo Disney with a washer, amazing Japanese style bathroom and kitchen. Late night food and a 24 hour combini made long Disney days so easy. Friendly staff and all the basic amenities like toothbrushes so no need to pack a toiletry bag!"

The Prince Park Tower Tokyo - Preferred Hotels & Resorts, LVX Collection

"I looked up the Japanese word for “Excellent” and the word was “suguru ta” or “Yuushuu” That is how I would describe our stay at the Prince Park Towers Hotel in Tokyo. My wife and I stayed there for 8 wonderful days trying as much of Japan as we could. And each evening we would come back to our home base and enjoy all that the Hotel had to offer. All staff were very attentive to our needs, even bringing me extra pillows and upgrading our room to an amazing King room overlooking the magnificent Temple to Tower and City skyline. Food was 5 star as was the service. We had Happy hour on the 33rd floor with a fantastic Vista. Breakfast was always a treat as we were happily greeted by all staff. We felt so welcome and special. Thank you and your staff for a truly top level experience. Oh the Bathroom amenities are very high quality. Don’t tell anyone, but book room 2716 for a fantastic view of the Tower. I would offer more than 2 thumbs up 👍 if I had more than 2 thumbs! "
