The main avenue in front of the hotel is a major street artery to most major institutions and businesses. A block away from the hotel is a metro subway stop that links to downtown, the bay, and the main train station. The staff was very friendly and bilingual (English and Spanish). "

"The hotel staff were excellent and very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were nice and very clean. Breakfast very enjoyable. Walkable to all the popular places. Only negative was the walls were paper thin and we could hear loud music and phone going off in other rooms. Otherwise a lovely hotel and would definitely go back. "
