I had to call for a manager. Hopefully the manager took my complaint seriously ! So no other person will have to encounter such an injustice."

"Resort was very family friendly and festured a staff thatvwas attentive and available. Kids area had very engaged staff members and a good assortment of activities to cool off from thr heat. Rooms were nice with ample space and comfortable bedding. One dmall issie with a leak under kitchen sink and they addressed it within 30 minutes. Pools are great and not over crowded. Kids enjoyed water slides, etc. Would recommend as a nice family property. "

Upon checking in (which they are very strict on 3pm) not even a minute sooner they double charged me and it took 3 days for reimbursement. No apologies and the lady at the counter was very rude. "It's a nice property - safe, well maintained and clean. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfasts in the Hearth Room were great and the courtyard is a very nice place to relax. However, the room furniture (sofas) are pretty worn, uncomfortable and are badly in need of replacement. Same goes for the carpeting, which was stained and kind of dirty. "
