There’s not a bar of soap in the bathroom although we asked for one a few times & finally bought our own. Not about price but concept . Shower only had shampoo & conditioner in large containers … there was no liquid soap. When we complained they replaced conditioner with liquid soap! No Wash rags available . So a simple basic need available in any inferior...

One of our favorite hotels!

"This is a favorite hotel in Nova Petropolis for my wife and I. Comfortable rooms, with large comfortable bed. Balconies are nice. Neighborhood is safe and great to walk downtown. Heated indoor pool for use in any season. And the restaurant is fantastic! Quality food with amaing taste! I love their risoto! ** Only negative is their internet. It is terrible. It constantly drops. I work remote and it is difficult to have meeetings online there."

Clean, no frills business hotel

"Pretty new building and clean rooms on a business oriented hotel. Comfortable bed and great shower. No frills. Check-in was unbearably slow. Parking structure was not planned for larger cars. A bit of confusion at check out - they wanted to charge me even though I had already paid at the booking site."

Changes are not always for the better!

"We’ve been staying at this hotel for many years … so much has changed and some of it not for the better: Guests now have to pay for parking. So a simple basic need available in any inferior hotels became frustrating. Staff has changed and although we had two nice reception attendants most of them didn’t seem to care … Reason we always stay here is because it’s convenient, accommodating and previous staff went beyond the usual to make sure guests were comfortable."

"Ficamos uma noite no hotel. Quarto grande, cama confortável, banho quente (muito importante agora no inverno). Bom café da manhã, mas o serviço no café falhou. Ficamos 30 minutos no café e havia apenas uma pessoa atendendo. Faltou xícara, café e reposição dos alimentos. De resto foi ótimo. Voltaremos. "
