"Excellent location and fast digital service. Our room was not properly cleaned before checkin and we hadn't received enough sheets and had to pick up the missing sheet ourselves. Otherwise a pleasant stay."

"Apartment was excellent really convenient location. Tram stop right outside, 24/7 supermarket in the building. Only negative was Luggage storage room was not labelled but some other tourists told showed us that the code worked on a “staff only” room next to main entrance which was the luggage room, otherwise we would not have found it. Had to contact Bob W to get check in ref as hotels.com ref did not work, however communication was prompt and advance check in easy."

"You must pre-check through email. My email was not working. I arrived onsite but could not check in, even after speaking to the hotel's management company and emailing a selfie and a picture of my passport from my wife's email address. I waited in the parking lot for an hour trying to check in but was not allowed entry. And the hotel told me that I had to still pay for the night. AVOID! "

"An overall fantastic stay. 2 drawbacks. 1. I was sent instructions by the hotel while l was on the airplane. Then l didn't know anything was sent. They should send entry instructions right after you confirm your identity. I confirmed my identity the day before. 2. I had no idea that this was a no contact, self service hotel. I didn't see it on the booking form. If this is stated on the link they provided, the information was in Finnish. Maybe there are ways to know if it is contactless...

"The apartments are only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Rovaniemi, so very convenient. All of the restaurants we went to in Rovaniemi had great quality food. Many are quite rustic/cafe style, but if you are used to more refined decor don't be put off as the quality of the food and flavours were really good. We had fab Reindeer burgers at Pure Burger and our Mexican taco's and Nacho's at Yuca were so much better than anywhere I have had this style of food in the UK, the meats were...
