"Ideal for quite days in Florence. Staff very quite and welcoming. Breakfast Atmosphere is so silent no music addition throughout my 4 days stay. Power socked was not working and reported to reception but nothing was done. Had to charge appliances in the bathroom. Rooms doors are hollow so you can loudly hear other guests movement.
