I stayed in the building that was beach side and I could tell they were renovated, so I appreciated that however for the cost it was underwhelming. The staff was amazing I did not experience and issues and they were truly kind and helpful."

"The concierge, Charlie, is so pleasant and helpful! She helped us with the free bikes and recommended great places to eat. The pool area and restaurant are beautiful. Staff is so kind and food is delicious. I went for a week in February with my husband, and then back again with my daughter in March. Will definitely return soon! "

"Good location, very close to universal studio. They offer free cookies during our stay and they provide free shuttle to the universal. Front desk is quick with their services. Very business-like with many conferences."
