"We stayed one week at this large holiday resort in La Palma with stunning views and several great swimming pools. The resort is family-friendly and offers plenty of amenities. However, the check-in process was frustrating, taking over an hour after a long journey. While the rooms were clean, they clearly needed maintenance, with noticeable mold in the bathrooms.
