The hotel is conveniently located in central Santa Ana Low parking fee. The room is nice and neat, ideal for family traveling or long term budget travellers

the place is okay if ur there for just a night then it’s a good place to go i wouldn’t stay more then 2 days here the property itself is fine the room is very outdated it had a smoking smell to the room which if i by myself i wouldn’t care but i had my kids so i didn’t like that. others then that it was an okay stay i only needed one night

Room smelled really strongly of pet urine, towels were dirty, hair in restroom floor, and on towels, room did not look vacuumed, surfaces were sticky like they were not wiped down in a while, hallways were dirty. Receptionist when we checked in was really nice and accommodating.

This was a quick and last minute step for us. It was conveniently located to Disneyland about a 15 minute drive. We loved the security of the property and staff were so incredibly nice. Clean, comfy beds
