"The staff was so very kind from the moment we checked in til the very end. They were helpful in giving suggestions, directions and just overall kindness. The restaurant was delicious as well (the sticky toffee pudding is a must try!) The bar downstairs is great as well. I would suggest getting the breakfast included in your stay as it is convenient since there aren’t many cafes/restaurants open that early around. The hotel has a lot of a historic charm about it yet still well maintained and clean. We always came back after a day out to a clean suite."

"I booked in an hour early as I had arranged to meet someone before proper book in time. The room was bright and clean very nice. Tea and coffee making facilities always a plus. Toilet and shower very clean. Perfect view across the clyde An excellent place to stay."
