"This hotel is beside the Hotel Tannenhof which is the lobby you go to to check in. Hotel Alpina is the epitome of what you would expect for a swiss hotel stay. I loved everything about it. The room with a balcony, the elevator with its quirks, and the community guest area. Highly recommend taking the Matterhorn Glacier Express to get the most amazing mountain views. October also provided jaw dropping colours. For me this was a dream come true stay."

"We love this hotel so so much! The staff are super nice and helpful. We had issues with our snowboard gears that we had to ship from the US and they were so responsive to all my emails and were very helpful. We are so grateful to them especially Iliana and Sarah. They truly provide the best service. Very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is old but I wouldn’t say outdated at all. It has character. We wouldn't have it any other way. We had the view of the Matterhorn from our balcony...
