"Really great location close to the airport so you get to avoid some of the traffic in the city. Staff at the hotel were all great start to finish, the food at the restaurants and room service was excellent and the staff were always attentive and available. "War nur 2 Nächte im Hotel. Wegen Wintersaison waren kaum Gäste im Hotel und auch nicht alles offen. Das Hotel ist eher für einheimische Urlauber gedacht aber durchaus empfehlenswert wenn man in dieser Gegend ist. Essen war ziemlich gut, reichlich und billig. Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Zumindest das Deluxe Zimmer. "

But they claim to charge extra for pool usually, and the pool area has no privacy or maintenance, or a place to relax, it's dirty too and people from neighborhood buildings keeps starring, which is quite uncomfortable. They don't have room service after 4 / 5 pm, which can also be inconvenient. And have told us "no guests will be allowed to visit" even after taking a suite. The quality of service is quite poor, compared to what they charge."
